The BWSCP (Berkshire West Safeguarding Children Partnership) does not deliver direct services but is there to make sure that the services provided in the local area effectively safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

While we do not deliver services we do our best to make sure that all agencies meet their safeguarding requirements and share good practice and hold agencies to account when there are concerns about how their service safeguards and promotes the welfare of children.

Sometimes you may feel that a particular member of staff, team or agency has provided you with exceptional service, or gone the extra mile to help. If you would like to tell us about these occasions we would be delighted to hear from you, as it helps us to understand what you consider to be a good experience and encourages us to continually improve what we do.
